Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia and selected international locations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination)

  • Customs and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
